I get it.  When you are in a job that drains you, it is hard to get yourself out of that rut and look for a new one.   It is an issue that many career changers will encounter.  The key here is to take a pause and self reflect before jumping in to the same job but at a new place.  If you don't take the time to re-evaluate your goals and create a roadmap to develop them,  you run the risk of not breaking the cycle and ending up back where you began.
